John Mrosek
Over 40 years of experience

John has represented numerous sides in hundreds of lawsuits and disputes commercial and consumer cases, representing owners, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. Problem solving is our goal but if the litigation challenge arises, John has had hundreds of jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations, having served as a trial attorney, former prosecutor and part-time judge.

To leverage resources with outsourcing, in order to meet the complex needs and demands of litigation and commercial transactions. John also is a trained and certified arbitrator and mediator.
